Brief Introduction：
Marxist Economics Research Center(henceforth MERC) was officially established in July 2010.
MERC is devoted to research on important issues in theory and practice of national economic and social development. The functions of MERC included but not limited to:
l Contemporary development of Marxist economics.
l Making research on important issues about economic and social practice at home and abroad.
l Encouraging the interdisciplinary integration research.
l Promoting the interpretation of Xi Jinping's socialist economic thoughts with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
Developing theoretical innovation of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
