題目：Distinguishing roles of DmPFC and rTPJ on altruism enhancement in situations of inequality: A tDCS Study

Abstract:
The right temporo-parietal junction (rTPJ) and dorsomedial prefrontal cortex (DmPFC), engaging in social cognition, have been proposed to play key roles in guiding human altruistic behavior. However, no study has provided causal evidences in distinguishing the difference between rTPJ and dmPFC in altruism in situations of inequality. A total of 89 healthy young adults were randomly assigned to receive anodal transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on either DmPFC or rTPJ. Stimulation on DmPFC increased subjects’ altruism by choosing disadvantageous-inequity options, but not rTPJ. It may be driven by perspective taking, instead of changes on selfishness or empathy. The results demonstrate that noninvasive interventions over DmPFC can enhance altruism in disadvantageous situations and concur with the theories proposing that DmFPC has evolved mechanisms dedicated to social cognition.

張漢其，畢業于北京大學心理與認知科學學院基礎心理學專業，現為新葡的京集團350vip8888經濟與管理學院經濟行為科學重點實驗室博士后，研究方向為神經經濟學、經濟心理學等，相關研究成果發表于PNAS、Neuroimage、 Human brain mapping、Journal of health psychology和《心理學報》等學術期刊。目前正在主持教育部人文社科青年項目和中國博士后面上項目。
